I had a cell account with Autopage.
I received poor services.
I cancelled in writing with them and promised to until the contract was finished.
I was harrasssed by Attorneys and debt collectors demanding payments.
My account should have finished in December 2015.
Every month I deposit monies R400,00 into Altech Autopages account
Today I contacted the debt collector that I had on record, only to find out that account was closed in April 2016.
Whats happens to the extra money I paid in.
Why has nobody sent me a paid up letter?
I am sent from pillar to post trying to clear by name for bad debt yet it was not my fault.
Now I am sitting with having paid extra and nobody to credit it, with????
Who is handling the liquidation????
What do clients like me do?
