I was a altech client for many years now they were taken over by glocell which does not seem to exist in east London south Africa, I am paying for a service and a phone that does not work at all, has not worked for months, and no one seems to be able to assist in sorting this out, sim cannot be rica'ed etc. Can someone please assist in sorting this out or cancel my contract my alternative number is 0828195355. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to pay for a phone that does not work, and then they are also all of a sudden deducting additional charges and in the mean time I have to use another number buy airtime etc
