Rip off Company!!!!!!!
This is the biggest SCAM I have seen in a while!!! I paid for the "sample" plus shipping, now they are charging me more for the same item. Every one need to go on Social Media and get the message out there what a fraudulent company this is! I sure have.

SCAM
Similar to the numerous reviews listed, I was also told I was being charged $5.00 for shipping and then it ended up costing me $374.11 USD total for this "Risk Free Trial". When I saw the charges on my card, I called to see what I could do to resolve the situation and got told I had legally agreed to what I was being charged and that it was all in the documentation. Well, it certainly was not spelled out clearly what I would be charged, and labelling the opportunity $5.00 or Risk Free is pretty inaccurate. I had to call and essentially beg for my own money bag, as I cant afford to spend nearly $500 on skincare. They tried to give me nothing back on the grounds that I agreed to pay by saying yes, then they agreed to give me back %50 of my money, then I didn't let up and they agreed to pay a full refund within 10 business days. I have yet to see it hit my account but I will be following up. If the product was that great, im sure they wouldn't have to trick people into paying what its worth.

Charged when the product was suppose to be a 'FREE TRIAL'
I ordered on a FREE trial basis both the Duaderm and Alvena Skin samples. It stated I would be charged only the shipping. I later found my credit card charged a total of $381.64 cents.
Nowhere did it say I would be charged--No invoice accompanied the products--nothing.
This is indeed a scam and Dr. Oz is supporting it as it advertises it which is why I thought it would NOT be a fraud.

LIES and DECIET
I ordered the free trial of duaderm and alvena I too was told of the individual charges for each item that was suppose to be FREE Someone needs to stop these people. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford there under handed prices if you return it. And be careful when you send it back to them because they have 2 different address that I noticed on the box it came in it says NORTHYORK and the postal codes are different when you return it...TORONTO is where you need to send it back. And from this date it gives you till March 11 to have it back to them so make sure you send it to the TORONTO one because there very much the same address but the place and the postal codes are different....I guess its buyer beware at its finest. SHAME ON YOU DUADERM AND ALVERA. MOM WAS RIGHT NOTHING IS FREE !!

Alvena skin care
I ordered the product at the advertised price, less than 5.00. But when you order you are told nothing of the trial period of 14 days. If you do not return the product within the 14 days, you are charged $180.91 for the product, not a future product, but a sample of the product. And of course it does not work properly unless you use both products. The same situation is applied to it. The sample is less than 5 dollars, but if you do not notify them within the 14 days, of which you are not informed, only if you look up the terms of the agreement, then you are charged $209,73 for it. Buyer beware? You are supposed to be signing up for a trial but no one tells you the fine print. This is leading into a misinformed situation that they are oh so ready to take advantage of. This product should not be allowed to be advertised on the net as it is extremely misleading (bordering on a scam) because you are not fully informed when you sign up.

Scam
So you apparently order this miracle skin cream RISK FREE and if you like it they charge 144$ for the cream what they do NOT tell you is if you cancel the subscription they will charge you $32.71 for the Duaderma and then $38.71 for the Alvena creams they sent to you. NOW THAT IS A SCAM....where was the 100% RIsk Free?? I was shocked I had to phone both places to cancel my subscription that I subscribed at ONE yes 1 ...place. SCAM all over !!! Dr Oz best NOT be putting his name on that product.
