I have worked at garage from July 2012(Noto service station) as administrator, then i was transfered to Amandla service station as administrator in December 2014, then September 2015 i was promoted as a site manager, i have resigned on the 5 June 2018, when i check with mibco if i was registered i was told that i was registered but infomation says i started in May 2016 and provident fund was never deducted from my salary since 2012 which i have been asking about for a long time to my HR. Kindly assist me with this issue what should i do because according to mibco it is compusory that employer register and deduct provident fund from emloyee, my main issue is that why i was registered in 2016 what happened to other years that are missing, which makes me think that it is a fraud because its incorrect information that was submitted to mibco.

I started working at garage (Noto service station) as administrator in 2012 July, then i was transfered to Amandla service station in Dec 2014 as administrator, then September 2015 promoted to site manager, i resigned on the 5 June 2018, when i check about mibco registration i was told that my company only registered me in 2016 and no frovident fund was never deducted from me since i worked from 2012 which i have been asking about it long time ago from my HR. Kindly assist me what should i do as far as i know provident fund is compulsory according to mibco, i worked for six years but ws registerd for only 2 years no no provident fund was ever deducted.
