Re : Amaysim Mobiles.

I invite dear all to please visit Amaysim Mo0bile web site where you will note they have won Money winner awards. I like to question these awards due to my ugly experience with Amaysim. My wife had a connection with Amaysim, we had lot of problems with the coverage and the quality of the calls we frequently make to our dear ones in overseas. I can not make a good quality call in the comfort of my house but have to go out of the house in the street in a freezing cold but quality is still very poor and when you all Amaysim customers care that is even scarey and shocking. you are put on hold and let you live on the mercy o0f the music God knows how long they will take to answer your call not very quick at all, They let you suffer and when you ask for a Supervisor they are not available. I was given a promise by a Supervisor to call me back at 5 Pm but nothing happened. it seems to me these Lazy and incompetent supervisors does not care at all. I encourage all those who are planning to Join Amaysim not to go what their web site is saying but please test the water such as their coverage, Call quality, wait time before you are connected to the agent. I am very much frustrated and do not encourage any one to go with Amaysim since there are many other service providers such as boost, Hello and more I encourage all the Amaysim unhappy Customers to come forward and share their experience with all by using Social Media and Complaint Board. I am very unhappy with one of Amaysim Supervisor Layo Ayeni who promised to call me at 5 Pm but never heard a word from him. This behaviour is outrageous and unacceptable, more to yet come.
