Cancellation
I experienced on going problems with Amazing Vouchers and want to cancel it with immediate effect.
Copy of my last email forwarded to them on 25 April 2020.
Since the inception of Amazing Vouchers membership, i continues have to contact your offices to reschedule my payment date to 30/31 of each month and not 25th.
In light of the ongoing problem, going against my agreement for payment, the last day of thr month. I hereby give notice to immediately cancel my membership with no extra deductions taking place during 25/30 May2020.
Also in light of COVID-19 lockdown crises, i couldnt utilize the vouchers, however you still deducted, knowing that i could not select cou vouchers and use it. Please reimburse my l installment asap.
Please forward email confirmation that my membership was canceled and my last payment, reimbursed asap.

Today i received a call from Amazing vouchers. They informed me that if i cancel now, they will still continue to deduct for 4 months.
I do not want them to deduct any more. Im going to my bank to have stop order done to prevent them from dedicating. Hope this will not negatively affect my credit score.
I plea for your assistance.

These people have robbed us off our money. I'm today still struggling to cancel. It was no hassle for them to call us but now we have to call them. I was given six months before the cancelltion would be final,the catch was they would still deduct and it had to un interrupted. But other people get three months. Why is that? It doesn't state in their terms and conditions about that you'd have to wait a period of time. The only thing to do now is to do reversals at your bank whether you have to go every month. Atleast you'll get your money back. But their so clever these scam places that they change their deduction date,change the amount or change their name. I would advice everyone to change banks or open up a second account. These horrible thiefs will not refund you. That cute little money back ganrantee was just a warning sign. They have really no shame.

Check in Nightmare
Can you imagine having to come in from another Province ( JHB ), and being turned away at 18:30pm on a stormy night. Mr. Garland ( Head of Security ) turned myself, my husband, our two elderly parents and our two kids under 9 away from their main gate, refusing us to check in, as according to him we arrived after the check in time, which was 18:00pm, where the letter from Head Office clearly stated 19:00pm latest. My husband contacted Brigitte, the lady who was supposed to meet us at the gate, during our trip from Johannesburg to Ballito, advising her that we were caught in a storm, a truck had jack knifed and subsequently caused a pile up, we were on schedule, however the unfortunate accident has caused us at least a 30 minute delay on the road. We made contact twice on the road whilst driving, and eventually she switched off her phone, because she was instructed by Mr. Garland, to not communicate with us any further, she apparently was reprimanded and also thrown off the premises. My husband made his means to also contact Mr. Garland at about 17:30pm, who was very reluctant to take the call, and very aggressively and abrasively told us to find alternative accommodation, should we not check in on time, and dropped the phone in my husband's ear. We then continued to make our way to the Palm Ridge Estate in good faith, thinking that they will not surely turn us away, should we arrive at 16:30pm, as we would have a grace period of 30 minutes, seeing that the letter states that check in was 15:00pm to 17:00pm, latest 19:00pm. Low and behold, then aggressive man stood at the gate, arms folded and told us to leave his premises, not even looking at us, neither was he willing to have a look at the letter or listen to reason....I mean, what about humanity????? in this day and age. We literally had to turn the vehicle around and had to go look for accommodation like dogs. Luckily by God's Grace and a very helpful security we found accommodation, and that is what restored my faith in human kind again. The following day we were met at the gate by Bridgette, whom had communicated with us by sms, as she was still not taking our calls. Brigitte spoke to my husband in a very demeaning manner and tone, and continued to say that it was company procedure and my husband dare not be upset with her, at that point I was boiling, as she was upset, how does she think we felt, spending holiday money on accommodation. long story short, I than drafted a letter after our one week stay, wherein I expressed by disappointment and unhappiness. Lynette, the Coordinator, apologized and offered us a courtesy stay over a weekend at our convenience, which was the human thing to do. However I did express that I would not want to put my foot in that precious place again, neither do I want to deal with Mr. Garland again, as he put a bitter taste in my mouth. Further to that, the letter will now be amended from 19:oopm, as it was false advertising. Up to now Brigitte and Mr. Garland has not yet apologized, as I demanded a letter of apology from them, which I up to date, have not received. Shocking, Shocking, Shocking behavior. Please, please Holiday-Makers, please make sure that you arrive at the accommodation in good time, and that you have extra money, as you may have to sleep on the pavement, until the accommodation is ready to book you in!!!!

my name is Dumisani Daweti, when i heired about amazing vouchers product i thought i will benefit from their product, but hey since i joined them i haven't make use of the product i can't my money deducted every month, I've send them an email in cancelling my membership.but still my money get deducted why?.
