Locked my account with over $100 dollars in gift card still on my account

You locked my account after I spent close to a thousand in just few months no warning and a hundred dollars in gift card balance it's BN months and I've asked for help to resolve this to no response I just want my money returned for the gift cards I purchased and loaded to my account and go elsewhere for my online shopping please email me at [email protected] to help resolve this
