free Amazon echo dot w/2 yr AARP renewal

Dear Sir/Madam,
I saw an ad for a free Amazon Echo Dot with a 2 yr AARP renewal.
I immediately signed up for the $25 AARP renewal on OCT 13th 2019
After that, I went to Amazon and purchased an Amazon ECHO Dot for $54 thinking
I would receive my $54 in credit. I called Amazon and they did not know anything about
this free echo dot with AARP. Can you help?
