amazon prime charge when never ordered it

I have a withdrawl on my account for $14.13 on March 26, 2020 from Amazon Prime De Amcz. I did not want to join Amazon Prime. I do not order enough to want to join. I would like this to be reversed to my account as soon as possible because I can not contact a live person!

I am reading other comments, and this seems to be a big scam! If it is not reversed, I will pass this info on to other friends over social media to avoid Amazon totally!
