I no longer have prime and I have logged onto my account. I have received this charge more than once I thought it was for audible but it is not. It isn't even from my account so I can't find any information about it. I am seriously questioning the security of Amazon and if I am not given help soon I will pursue legal action.

I have an unauthorized charged with the amount of $14.28, on my credit card, which I did not signed up for a membership, and besides I don’t order so much because of this pandemic and I just recently found a part time job , hope I can have my money back for I did not signed up for prime. Thank you .

This is David and Pamela Matchett, we have found charges posted on our Bank Account for "Amazon Prime" $ 14.28 on 5/14 - 6/17 - 7/15 + pending 8/14/19 (which we want stopped ASAP) for which we did not order- do not want + do not use. We are on a fixed income and need this restored to our account immediately. PLEASE, RESPOND ASAP
