I keep getting these phone calls telling me they are a collection agency for American Reader Service and that I owe for magazines. I don't get magazines except for a magazine that supposedly comes with my paid membership with Handyman Club of America. This is the only magazine I have received but this company keeps telling me I owe for magazines and when I tell them I want to know what magazines I supposedly received they tell me they don't have that info. I try to find American Reader Service but can't. Today I got a call from Universal Readers Inc. re: my magazine and when I asked him what magazine he hung up on me. I tried to call the number back and it said not available and to leave a message. I am calling Consumer Protection Agency here in Oregon and I already reported American Reader Services to the Better Business Bureau and I will go all the way to the Attorney General if I have to. These people need to be stopped.

I keep getting these calls from a collection agency telling me I owe over $500.00 for magazines with American Reader Services and when I tell them I don't get magazines and I want to know what magazine they are talking about they say they don't have that info. When you try and look up that company you get all these complaints from people and the phone number given is a company who use to take phone calls for the Reader Service but the number is no good. Today I got a call from Universal Readers, Inc. and when I asked him what magazine he hung up on me. When I called the phone# back it said they were unavailable and to leave a message. I am calling the Consumer Protection Agency in Oregon and my Attorney General. I already contacted the Better Business Bureau. Don't let these people get away with this. Dispute the charges and get in touch with your state' complaint place.

The collection agency I got a call from when I called that number back it said that I had reached E-Solutions and the Magic Jack customer you have called is not available. This is a scam and some people might end up paying them but don't pay them a dime. If it goes to collection just dispute it. Don't let them scam you. Report them to the Better Business Bureau, your Attorney General, Consumer Protection Agency and anyone else you can call regarding this place.
