I have Had the same problem with them, they would not give me a loan mod. first they said I was over qualifed then two weeks later under qualifed. They moved me from one person to another which is illegal. I know because I'm a V.P. for a title insurance company. i paid to half payment two times in one month and they didnt credit me properly.. They said we cant credit you until we have the whole payment. I want to do two payments a month to pay off my loan sooner. They are so dumb they cant figure it out.so they hold the half payment in a hold account. So incrediblily stupid. I did this all the time with my last lender with no problem. But these fools can't figure it out. They have no business being in the loan business. Can't talk to these people. I get it all settled with one person then I get a letter and its not settled. Oh my GOD! THEY ARE STUPID!! I want OUT!!THEY ARE PIRATES! The FBI needs to investigate them.The Justice Department needs to get involved with this company. There are just to many complaints against them foe them to ingore.
