Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in regards to my recent trip with American Airlines. I flew from LAX to Miami (connecting in Dallas) and back. During my trip back to LAX I experienced a very uncomfortable treatment from your staff. I was not offered anything to drink until more than two hours after take off. I felt very dizzy, dehydrated and pressed the call button for service but no one ever came. Due to the turbulence we were all informed to stay seated while the seatbelt sign was on so therefore I had no chance to get up and get some water. All four trips were very unpleasant to say the least but the one trip that I took where I was offered water way too late was absolutely unacceptable. I felt like passing out and was sitting crammed in a window seat. I would kindly ask to get a refund or a reduction in fare for my trip.

After paying baggage fees for an American Airline flight the airline cancelled the flight due to mechanical issues after sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours. I was forced to rebook a different flight and pay the baggage fee a second time. American Airlines then lost my luggage on this flight and the American Airlines baggage rep promised that I'd be reimbursed for up to 3 days worth of clothing and toiletries. I'm writing this on the 10th of April 2015, and the cancelled flight and lost luggage all took place on November 17 2014. Submitted 4 complaints with American Airlines and 1 complaint with the BBB, but almost 6 months later there has been no response from American Airlines
