I went to the Greensprings Hwy location on Mon 07/14 and the doctor on duty was Dr. Columbia. Well I told her my symptoms and without taking any tests she told me it was sinusitis, gave me two shots and some azythromicin and I went back to work. I was feeling worse 07/16 and went back to see another doctor. I was told at that time that I had a viral infection and that I was contagious which was a little late due to me working in an office with over 300 employees. Of course I had to pay a copay both times which I couldn't afford to begin with. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received and will not be returning.
