Ordered a set of furniture on March 10th 2021 and paid in full. was told it would arrive the following friday. I have followed up with the company several times and still not received the furniture or any information about when it might arrive. Every time I call the store I speak to a different individual, and nobody that says they will return my call ever does. Today is April 21st and still no word about the furniture. There is nobody higher in the company that you can call. This company is a complete joke, hopefully if you're reading this you haven't given them any money and never will.

I purchased 2 bedroom suits and living room couch and loveseat a week later my son and me and my fiance noticed bites and severe itching ,my daughter bought a bedroom suit but was fortunate to notice before she opened it that there was bed bugs ,the company hasn't or will not help in any matter stating it didn't come from there .whole house treatment is over $2000 that we can't afford .the company should b held responsible

I bought my children bed room sets earlier this year, and noticed bites on my daughter after. We had mattresses for my sons room, but purchased one for hers. Shortly after, my sister came to visit and they stayed in her room. That is when we saw more signs, her kids and her were being bit by some thing and we couldn't figure why. After bombing the house 2xs for fleas, mosquitoes act. The bites continued and I started getting bit as well. That is when we realized it had to be bed bugs. I stayed up all night trying to get a glimpse of whatever was eating me. I want sleeping because I knew as soon as I quit moving and went to bed I would be under attack. We treated the house for bed bugs over and over. Threw out the brand new mattress, and moved shortly after. But, it was too late. After residing here for the last 2 months I have again accumulated dozens of bites all over me. Very noticeable because for each bite I have an allergic reaction to the area everytime. I am miserable!!! Who would have thought a furniture store (brand new) at that could have caused so much grief to save a little bit of money. I am now 8 months + into pure hell. #biggestmistakeyet!!!UghI'mpissed!!!

I bought furniture from this company and was treated horribly. I asked for the corporate office number and was blocked. Justice was very rude and i feel that while it's not my fault that she chose to work at a furniture store without wanting to, she should still make sure that the customer is happy. They told me my mirrors would be in Tuesday, I call Tuesday and was told to come get them.... NO MIRRORS! Justice confirmed that there were 3 in stock... Lies... Pulled to the loading area for 30 minutes and still nothing. The talk to u like trash and do ablaolutely nothing to make the customer happy. Never again! If my mirrors aren't in Thursday as promised, they can come pick up all of the furniture.

I purchased a mattress from American freight and it came with bedbugs. 2 days after getting it we were bit up.

I brought furniture from America Frieght my family been get bit up by bedbug that can with the furniture I been fight with these bug about seven months now. Someone bought to my attention that Americans Frieght have bedbug in their warehouse . Could I please get some help you can contact me at 205 426-6674

We purchased $4000 worth of furniture from American Freight in Savannah Ga last year. I was happy at first with everything but It soon went down hill and fast. I paid $150 for delivery, a freight charge as I was told. Bs...a random guy with a truck and trailer delivered My furniture. My ottoman was ripped. A month later, the elastic bands in my couch went out and my zipper on a cushion split. I paid for an extra warranty that I was told would cover EVERYTHING...that was a crock. Nothing has been covered. The company is no help whatsoever. And now, to top it off, there are bedbugs in each piece of furniture we purchased from them. It is now useless and I'm out $4000. BUYERS BEWARE
