COMPLAINT OF CONTRACTOR GOES UNHEATED

MY HOT WATER HEATER STOPPED WORKING OVER A MONTH AGO. AHS ASSIGNED RAPP'S HEATING & a/C TO FIX THE PROBLEM. RAPP'S AFTER A WEEK DETERMINED THAT IT NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW HEATED. RAPP'S REPEATEDLY HAS FILED TO SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. I COMPLAINED TO AHS AND I RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. INTOLERABLE!
