I usually start off with my name. But in this case I will not say my name. This is the first time that I have actually had to file a complaint against someone. When I feel like I have given you too many chances to do a certain task an you keep giving me the same line every time. This particular agent was giving me the run around for almost a month. The reason for this complaint is that I had out patient surgery on the 12th of august. Now I got in touch with Faith Jones my agent and asked what did I need to do. She told me to send her my release papers from my doctor and that was all. I did exactly what she asked of me to do. I would call Ms. Jones and asked was everything going on ok. She would tell me that "they" was waiting on some document from my doctor. After weeks of this going back and forth, I decided to call the home office myself. And I asked "what was required to file the paper work so that I could get my check. I asked did I have to get anything filled out by my doctor. the agent that I talked to at home office said "no. Then I asked had an agent by the name of Faith Jones from the Jackson, Ms office sent any paperwork in to them and the lady again responded No. Due to the nature of my surgery I didn't have to have any papers filled out. Just send them an itemized copy of the hospital bill and claim paper back. It has been over a month and I still have not received a check. And the main reason is because of my agent and her failure to be truthful with me. She lied and said that she told the agent in Waco, Tx how disappointed I was that I haven't received anything from them. After talking to the agent in Texas, the only thing that the agent said "was she needed to know how to fill out a claim. One thing she is correct about is: I am highly upset with her for lying to me all this time. If these are the type of people that I will be dealing with in the future. Please I am asking that someone do something about your agents that lie to their customers. No I have not been a customer a long time. And doesn't look like I will be if this continues. Thanks, a very disappointed customer.
