When I looked up American Income on te internet they have been in business for 50 years. They are also on the stock ticker under torchmark and the stock is doing very well. I too interviewed with American Income Life. They did not inform me until the interview that this would be a commission only position. Since I was desperate for a job, I went through with the interview, was hired and started training. The first two weeks after training I worked hard with my supervisor and I made great money. But once I was done with trainging they expected me to continue to work 5-7 days a week to make a great income. I am like most of you where I got a salary most of my life whether I worked hard or not. With American Income you only make money if you work hard, if you sit around, you make NOTHING. I do not think it is fair that I have to push myself to make money!

I don't know why everybody should come down on this fellow, clearly he was a civil servant in his last job and did not have to work at all to get great money and benefit's...lol

Appears AI is still doing business in Woodridge. I just got a call that fits the description others have posted, totally out of the blue. Gal told me I'd only have to come into the office twice a week then suggested a day & time for an inteview ("Dress professionally and bring a fresh resume." Like I'd come to an interview with anything less?) which, after reading previous posts, is NOT gonna happen. Waste of time & gas to drive 75 minutes one-way only to walk out laughing after maybe 10 minutes.
