I received an e-mail stating I been sue by this American Legal Processing Division phone (312) 428-6248 Mr. Sam Wilson Res. Attorney they want me to call them otherwise they will call my work department and I will lose my job.

I have read a lot of the complaints on this site concerning American Legal Processing Division. I contacted the hayward police department to file a complaint because this company keeps calling us telling us that we are going to be sued for a pay day loan my girlfriends sister took out and defaulted on. All i can say is that this is a bunch of crap. What i was told when i talked to the police department is that they know what is going on and they are trying to put a stop to it. I guess it is very hard to stop them. any rate i am going to contact several divisions that can help out with this. in the mean time i was told to contact the credit bureau and have them put a freeze on your credit score. By doing this no one can see your credit score. They also told me that to change your password from your ssi number to a more secure password.I am sorry that this kind of thing happens to honest people like ourselves.
