I am filing a Class Action Lawsuit Against GM Financial/Americredit

Hello All,

After years of reading about the bad things this company does, I still thought it would never happen to me. I got into financial trouble a few years ago and filed for Chapter 11. i manged to keescharge to my surprise instead of the $6000 I owed on my car, they stated I now owed them $9000. When I filed for Chapter 11, I only had 18 months on a 60 month $12,000 loan. They refused to send me records of the charges instead stating they did not have to work with me and they could take the car any time they wanted. So I paid the money. Now I am down to only 1200 and my car was taken without any warning. But the order was issued at 5pm on the day my payment was due and I happened to make my payment at 5:02. I paid $2000 to get my car back. So. I have finally decided to grab my balls and fight these bastards. I can't do it alone. Class actions means just that, people willing to step forward and voice exactly what happenep my car except after the did to them. We are filing for Fraud, Predatory lending practices, blackmail, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unlawful repossession, and Breach of Peace. If you fit any of these, please email me at [email protected].

I know that in most of these types of lawsuits the plaintiffs get little to nothing, but if we get a good lawyer to hit them where it hurts, maybe someone will hear us yelling loud enough.

GM Financial/Americredit has been preying on the down and out for years. After watching them do this to good people, myself including, I've decided it was time to do something about it. By myself my story means nothing but together as thousands, upon thousands of victims, we can make a difference.

The first step to filing a class action is to find an attorney to represent the case. I have found such an attorney but without some basic legal work, proof gathering, and at least 75 victims he won't take on the case. I plan to file the lawsuit with this attorney as my advisory counsel to make legal room for us to legally gather this evidence from GM Financial/Americredit but until that time, i will have to be footing all the bills by myself. Like many of you, I can not afford to do this which is why they have been getting way with it so long.

I know this victim pool is well over 150,000 people strong so please give whatever you can.

I know that most class actions do not result in much money or ROI for the lead plaintiff (myself) or any of the victims but at this point think back to how badly you were treated. What the did to you in your time of need. For me, it was repossession over being 27 cents short on my last car payment and then refusal to return the car without me paying $2000 in fees.

Think about the just plain downright dirty things they have done and then think, wouldn't it just be glorious to finally see them ended and get revenge. The nails are already in their coffin at the loss of the 2012 unlawful repo lawsuit and then the 2015 just recently won 8.5 million lawsuit for robo dialing. Let's strike while they are down and gather as many victims as we can, I'm talking thousands of named plaintiffs not and really put an end to their tyranny.

My promise to you is that I will spend every minute I can finding every victim I can. I will keep anyone who donates on a constant status as to where the lawsuit is.

If you can donate even $1, that will help. To take down this dirty, corupt, mafia like lending company, what can you give to help me fight the battle?

The ground for the lawsuit are fraud, deceptive lending practices, unlawful repossession, breach of peace, blackmail, and property theft.

Let's put them out of business for good.
On a side note, I am a completely open person. If you want to see who I am and know about me, please email through here so we can connect. For the obvious reasons, I do not want this company knowing who I am before this suit is filed. In a similar vain, if you are a victim and need to let me know your story, message me on here and I'll contact you.

Do yourself a favor and find another means to a loan

This company is preying on folks with bad credit or no credit .Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Once they have you locked in your are in store for a ride you will Never forget.(1)I believe that this company prides itself on phone calls, If you are late on a payment beware, All the persons you have listed on your credit application will be called every day, sometimes twice a day.(2)They don't allow you to make a "FREE" payment online you must go thru western union and pay a transaction fee. If you send a check even if its certified they will record it at their leisure and charge you a late charge. To my dismay after about 2 years of this crap I went to trade the vehicle in to get away from these bafoons they had the nerve to report me being late on my payments at least 14 times(no late fees were assessed on my acct.. After a trip to my lawyers office, 6 months later I finally got that matter cleared up. My lawyer explained to me that they do this on purpose to keep people from trading in the car to get away from them(ruining your credit makes it hard to trade in).I don't have any excuses and I accept responsibility for my actions, that being said I have earned the right to warn anyone who will listen not to do business with these people. This experience has been so horrible that I personally will never do business with all the parties involved in buying this vehicle. Chevrolet, CarMax, and AmeriCredit. I hope this helps
