$ taken out of my account

AMERIMARK has taken $14.95 out of my account for months I have call and called them and they give me another number and tell me I have NO ACCOUNT with them so how do they get my money or even tell me that they cannot correct this that someone will have to call me back and NOONE ever calls me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK EVERY PENNY! How can you do this to hard working people like me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I HAVE HAD NO DEALINGS WITH THEM AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY.
