I am narender yadav my enrolment number is A19201167153 and doing MBA through Amity University Online. today I was doing my exam of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws(EDL 309). Some issues regarding webcam was arised three times first two times it was resolved but third time it was not resolved and when I contacted on the numbers given on website these people waited me for more the 30 minutes but they were not able to resolve it and now im not knowing that whether my exam is accepted or not. I hv contacted some Ms Shardha on phone 8448491453 and she blutuntly told me that nothing can be done now. This is highly unprofessional on their part. please direct university personnel in this regard.
