Don't Buy Any Flat or Property From Amrapali Group Of Builder

I had booked one flat in Amrapali Dream valley project. Last week I went to Amrapali office for Agreement. I had received agreement, in that agreement one term is dictator term which is not acceptable to me. As per term Amrapali wants that if some additional claim comes from farmers in Noida extension than same should be recovered from buyer. That term is not generic, in some agreement that clause is mentioned and in some agreement that clause is not mentioned, so this is not acceptable to me. Yesterday we went to Amrapali office to resolve that issue but Amrapali representative has told that we don't have option rather than to accept the same.
We need your help in that regards. Please do the needful.
