Not sure if this is the right email ID to which I can address on the issues I’ve been facing from Ananda Honda Services near Bellandur outer ring road.
I gave my Honda Activa for service and while the service advisor was making a note of all the concerns, he asked me if I have other concerns to mention. I specifically told him that there was an additional noise coming from the engine apart from the Engine sound. They were unable to identify and the vehicle was given certified saying there is no noise, however it is part of the engine sound itself.
When the feedback call was given, I raised it as a complaint saying it was not fixed as the noise continued and was very clear and audible, this was purely due to the inability and lack of skill from the mechanics to identify the problem.
The service manager approached me and identified the noise and agreed there is some fault. He promised me that he will rectify the issue. When he called me to explain he said the issue was with the crank shaft and there was a play and it requires replacement costing 3000+ Rs.
Honda does not support repair works but they encourage buying new part even if the product can be repaired. They fitted the product as it is and the noise is still persistent. I wonder if the engine and the parts are same and in no manner it is replaced or exchanged.The charges promised to me for removing the engine and re fitting was around 400+ Rs. Now the invoice raise is around 1802/- there is no genuine reason for billing it. Who should I raise this concern to? Who can help me out as I no longer feel they are trust worthy.
