Fraud/Scam

Just like everone else I have read. Received the same letter for $1,327,940 or to get $66,666.66 per year for 30 years. ANC says to send $12.99 payable to the office of ANC, or rush processing additinal $3.00 (total $15.99). This is not right for this scam to continue, needs to be stopped. Please add me to the Law Suit.
