Received several letters stating I have won $2,000,000.00, lump sum payment of $1,325,000.00. The premium offer delivery requires a mandatory purchase fee of $11.89, which I mailed to P. O. Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110-2905. I latter discovered this was a scam from reading other people's complaints. These are crooks and scam artists. It is a shame that these people are in business to scam innocent people.
