Multiple award notification requires money

I have received multiple official looking documents claiming I was the official winner of 2 million dollars. Various dollar amounts are required for me to submit ranging from 12.99 to 16.99. I sent money because I thought it was Publisher's Clearinghouse. I realized after the 3rd official notice something was wrong. I googled ANC and discovered that this is a scam.
