I received one of these letters and wasn't surprised that it was a scam. Before giving my hard earned 12.99. I'm glad to see that people are not nieve to waste there money.
I would gladly join a class action road. I'm presently disabled and don't need timescales again.
Uncle Sam is doing that already.
