As per the information available during the last year, I paid a visit to Andal Homes Villa, Yapral , Secunderbad and based on the explanation and broucher available there I had paid a token advance on 23 Sep 2011 for possession of a Villa. Though the plot has got registered on my name still as on date no sales agreement nor the construction agreement has been received even after reporting the matter through mail and personal approach. Further the work is very slow and non of the amenities what they promising is completed.Secondly the staff available at there could not be believed in full faith. Since the venture is a good location, those who are interested to join this is STRICTLY ADVISED (A) Hold the money or cheque in left hand obtain sales agreement duly signed by MD AND one of the directors in right hand.If you get a reply it will give on "Tomorrow" never pay any money. Pl include one sentence that construction agreement will be given within 7 of days of registration of plot. (b) Ensure all the members from land lord side MD & two directors are present in Sub registrar office and signed the deed before giving any money for registration of plot. (c) Ensure to obtain original copy construction agreement(INCLUDING ALL SPECIFICATION IN DETAIL ) within one week duly attested by a Notary.IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO LIKE THIS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THIS PROJECT.
