My name Is Andre Iryanto,i want to complain.My Flight From KL To Bandung 22 okt 2017 17.55 Kl time QZ172.When I was at the Gate Q7 KLIA The Officer Very roude,Didn't Like Air Asia Vision that Every one Can Fly.They were Route to Me Two Officer.And they Prohibitted me to Enter the airplane,they Said My back overweight and Then i said If you can prove that my suitcase overweiht I will pay.Please weigh weight My suitcase,if More than 7 Kg I would accept if You Prohibitted me to Bring the Suitcase and Pay for The Suitcase. But they stil.wantted me to pay 200 RM,My Daddy paid 200 RM but Thet didnt Give us the receipt.How Can?????This is air asia.How Can big company Like This have a officer Did The Bad Thing like That. Finally i make disicion to cancel The Flight and Looked For another Flight with air asir To jakarta 22.35 than there were no problem With My suitcase. I Think this because The Officer.I want a Justice
