I am currently using celcom service and facing problem with scam sms which charged me few hundred ringgit without my authority.

I have made complaints to celcom and the rubbish telco company ask me to complaint to the scammer. they said the cannot block the scammer stealing my money thru celcom sms.

what a rubbish answer. I think this is robber telco company.

mcmc should take action to prevent telco company continue stealing consumer money.
