Install and billing

Took 3 separate appts for an installer to make it to my house. I took 3 full days off work and drove 2 1/2 hours on-way for knowone to show up.

Received a credit on my acct for the inconvenience but the received a past due statement before receiving a statement to find no credit had ever been applied to my account.

I have spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with customer service for no answers to install dates be changed or not scheduled correctly or billing issues to be unresolved. When asked to speak to a supervisor there is not one available for 24 - 48 hours.

The only help I have received is by going into the local office over two hours away to talk with someone.

I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. The service is the worst I have ever received.

I recommend paying the extra money for a more creditable company with less complaints.
