I am currently on "HOLD" for 1 hour and 45 minutes, with this companies fake customer service line.
So far I have read 4 chapters in a book and cooked lunch... got online to access "live customers service" to no avail. They said FIRST MONTH FREE, and then billed me $15 dollars MORE than the quoted monthly price, with NO MONTH FREE.
They provide no e mail address, no customer service, only TAKE YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There seems to be a RASH OF IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANIES NOW who will TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH NOTHING IN RETURN!
