I had booked a 2 BHK flat(882 SQ. FT.) with M/S ANSAL PROPERTIES & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD., LUCKNOW in Basera enclave, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow as per agreement dated 5-5-2012 with them and depositrd 30% of cost of flat that is rs. 5.50 Lakhs upto june 2012.
Even after so many Reminders, M/S ANSAL, Lucknow are not responding at all & now they have vaccated their Office at 1st Floor, YMCA Building, Rana Pratap marg, Lucknow-1 and shifted to site office aAs per agreement Flat no.- D2/205 in Sector-K in SUSHANT GOLF CITY, LUCKNOW was alloted to meby M/s ANSAL. Even after 6 years, Flat was not handed over to me, nor I am getting refund of PRINCIPAL AMOUNT along with PENAL INTEREST OF 18%, which arrives to Rs. 14.30 Lakhs only.

Please provide justice to me by refund of my PRINCIPAL AMOUNT WITH PENAL INTEREST OF 18 % per annum, which amounts to Rs. 14.50 Lakhs.
