We were told the same thing by Anytime Worldwide. We were told that it would be shipped the same week by the sales rep Chris. Since they, and we are in New Jersey we didn't suspect the turnaround time to be too ambitious. After several phone calls, we were finally put in touch with Mark.

Mark told us our order would ship tomorrow. Tomorrow I will update this post as to whether or not we have a shipping number or a cancelled order.
