Dear Sir, I have BSNL prepaid mobile no.8985268928. on 25/5/17 at 03:26 pm a message received by me on this mobile from BT- 659797 reads '' Hi 8985268928....TO ENJOY FULL TALK TIME, CALL NOW AT 59797701" When I contacted this number I was asked to wait. As there was no reply even after four minutes I disconnected. I was charged Rs.34 for this call. May I request you to scrutinise this call and set right this obvious unnecessary charge.I also request to stop such fraudulent and unnecessary messages on my mobile.

I have one land line connection of bsnl. They are not giving proper service to me. I gave complaint to that department two three times. But no response from that side. That why I paid dues amount of my phone bills up to last working days of my phone connection. After that my phone is not working. I gave a letter to department please close my land connection and refund my deposit amount but till date I did not get my money. My letter submitted to Badangpet BSNL officer, that letter was forwarded to Tolichowki BSNL office on 10.09.2009. But till date no response from that side. My land line No. is 08415-233609.
