Sit I am paying 2 kV charge at apdcl.assam but power supply is very low less then 100 volt because of this my refrigerator,TV is totally unused.i m complaint to dhing SDE or higher authority but no one can response.also they sent me high rate of power Bill.other hand they cannot deduct my Bill which is given by phone pay last July . sir only one 63 kV transformer is install but consumers more than 250 are connected which is totally illegal of government policy.please make sure a high power enquiry.and justify
