I am elderly and disabled, I had an appointment with Aspen Dental in Miamisburgh Centerville. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and got dropped off by my son. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign in the window that said closed for a meeting. It was freezing cold that day and I had to find somewhere to go until they opened back up. Aspen Dental did not notify me that they would be closed. Since it was freezing cold you would think they would have allowed the patients to sit in the lobby but they didnt. Aslo, on another occassion, Aspen Dentist cancellled my dentist appointment and did not even have the courtesy to call me. I had an hour drive to get there. The other complaint is they charged me a co-pay when I didnt have a co-pay and they didnt bill my insurance company which is Liberty Insurance and charged me $119.00 and refused to see me unless I paid. Since I had went through so much to get this appointment I was forced to pay. It was a blessing I had a credit card with me. I filed a complain with my Insurance company because they are in violation for collecting money that is not due. I am still waiting on a refund even after Aspen got paid twice once from me and than my insurance company. I wil never go to another Apsen Denist. I hope they are exposed.
