Having observed Apples co. Iphone for some time I decided to leave Verizon wireless and join AT@T, (terrible mistake). Many would wonder why would one leave a graded (A) company (Verizon) and deal with a company whose reputation is plagued with lawsuits and illegal business activities. However AT@T sent me an offer that I felt was economical and since their company didn’t have a shortage of I phone 4s, I would join. The first couple of days my services worked decent, but within 72hrs, the degradation of wireless service began. My I phone stopped working completely where I lived, when I called customer service with my girlfriend’s phone, I was told that they were working on the towers, and to try a new sim card. Believing the sim card garbage, I drove 15miles to an AT&T store, only to be disappointed with the results of the replacement sim card. After awful customer service with AT&T I cancelled their services within the period as to not be penalized. My number 770 542 7163 had been ported back to Verizon; this action seemed to create confusion for AT&T. AT&T has sent me a bill for an I phone they claim was not returned, I returned their faulty device February 21st . when I called about the issue, a rep got on the phone and called the Lenox Mall AT&T store located in Atlanta, Ga. To my disbelief, no records could be found, I suspect foul play. I do however have bank statements from my credit union showing the returned I phone. When I mentioned this alternative plan, AT&T’s rep asked me to drive to the store where I returned the I phone, preposterous. I told the rep that I would not drive to any store as it is their responsibility to document returned items. I am confident that I will win this menial extortion attempt by a company who’s still reeling from that failed illegal T Mobile takeover. And kudos to the individual who took AT&T to court (and won) over them purposely slowing down his internet services due to his being grandfathered in to their “unlimited plan”.

I hate to point this out to you but obviously you don't know, Verizon is equally steeped in lawsuits and conducts illegal business activities...you think they aren't why don't you do a search. That company is just as bad as ATT or any other huge corporation. Please, don't take my word for it research it yourself and you will find out what a crappy company Verizon is as well...
