I purchased a washer and dryer set from Appliance Smart in your San Antonio, Texas store and was promised a rebate amount of $75.00 which I never received. I have brought this concern to Noe (the salesman) and I have not seen results yet. Every time I have asked for an update, he always says he will tell the store manager, but the store manager is never in.
I wonder if the rebate program is a farce and is a sales gimmick to get people to buy the appliances and Appliance Smart laughs about it and say "SUCKERS'.
