I placed an order for 2 customers in Fayette County GA, both have Aetna INS in the same county, same equipment. One Customer is Black and One Customer is White. I ordered one customer equipment within 2days and he had it, the other it has been 16days and still no equipment. I have been told that the equipment was on backorder and would be delivered on 10-17-18 now I'm being told it's when it was processed and it was 7-10 business days. The only difference in these 2 customers is one is white and one is black. I am now taking the next step with this issue.
