My Name is Elias Neofytides and My wife's name is Annetta Neofytides she was hospitalized January 2nd with blood Clogs and after surgery came home the evening of January 5th and has been struggling with lack of oxygen I cold Apria to come and Check the concentrated and they gave me an appointment for Sunday January 7th no one came sunday,Monday or Tuesday and I called again and was told they will come wednesday January 10th and again no one came wednesday by 7pm and again I called and was told some one came and we were not home at 4 pm. We awer home and my dog barks every time the doorbell rings and no one had come I also have video surveillance all around my house and i chect 3:30 to 5 pm the video and on one came to the door other than my Daughter and my 21 year old grandchildren. at 7 pm on tuesday was told that someone will be back and will getting a call back none cald . I cald back and they told me they will hear first thing in the morning and again I had to call and make an appointment for today. I am at the end of my rope is their anyone that cares for the patients that pay your salary?. please let me now.
