Unaithorized billing and misrepresentation

Apria Healthcare was given my credit card for a deposit of my share of a sleep apnea machine. They said they would bill me for $13. per month for 3 months and then the mahine would be mine. They billed me much more than $13. and continued to do so every month even after I notifed them to stop via email. They do not answer phones and finally if you wait 45 mins they answer and pretend they can't spell your name. You ask for a manager after spelling your name 4 times and then they throw you in the phone loop again to wait another half hour. Then they said they would pick up the machine and instead, sent a letter saying that I have to notify them in writing, which I did. How do they get to stay in business?
