My husband was supposed to receive a sleep apnea machine over a week ago. Someone dropped the ball on Apria’s end and my husband still doesn’t have the machine. He has called the customer service dept. numerous of times and it’s as if he was talking to robots reading a script! They can’t acknowledge what they have done wrong or take responsibility for not doing their job right and won’t satisfy the customer in any way. All the know how to do is apologize, apologize, apologize and do nothing!! We are sick and tired of their incompetence and horrible service. They need to close this company, they SUCK! No doctor should give them business! If you have a choice don’t choose them!!
