Hi we booked our holidays in august ,2016 through sunmaster for 13th feb,2017. And we paid all for all inclusive , when we arrived at hotel the staff and the manager demand extra money £265.00 saying these are the dues , if u dont pay leave the hotel .we were so upset with four kids .and it was night time ,we had no choice to pay ,and got in the hotel .
All staff and the manager making the people fool and getting unnecessary bills when we arrive.should be taking action against manager.so they can stop ripping innocent people .

We arrived at this hotel aquamirage in marrakech , on 13th,feb 2017 and we paid for this holidays in august ,2016 with sunmaster.co.uk.,when we arrived at hotel ,they damanded £265.00 for taxes. And the staff and manager they were so rude and threatened us if you cannot pay this amount you can go out of our hotel .
We were with four children and were so upset. So we paid them £265.00 by credit card and then we got the hotel rooms. And also they demanding cash in local currency without any reciept. But we paid them by card.
I am demanding that their hotel license should be canceled. Cos they are upsetting and threatning the customers.please email me : [email protected]
