I refer to the above matter in connection with my paid up letter and wolud like to lodge a claim against ara attorneys and truworth which I have been waiting for months despites the numerous phone calls I have made an emails I have sent to ara attorneys for truworth all I get is promises and lies and I really have to update with my credit record with the credit bureau it seems as if the more I call its the more the delay I spoke to the seniors and took names of the managers whom I spoke to . And got promised that no matter what I will receive my letter before end of business but I can't . Can I kindly get help from you as I Have tried but still no letter since 15/07/2015 till today.
