internet connection

dear Sir,
I have had no complaints since I got my zain broadband 6 months ago until the last 3 weeks. now EVERY EVENING between 6pm to 11pm the internet keeps cutting on and off. I know its the connection because I have zain on my phone aswell and the two go off at the same time. what is happening???
