Delayed delivery

My order was stucked in custums for over a week close to 2 weeks with no update or any communication.I spent over R100 Air time calling them without getting any help I emailed them after a few more days that’s when they sent me an invoice I was made to pay a huge amount I did pay.I only got an update of “cleared custums” no update of delivery I am worried even my SHEIN estimated delivery time has passed...Aramex is the worst logistics ever💔💔💔
