On 3/13/2013 purchased two Rueben sandwiches from the Arby's in Eufaula, AL. The bread was tough, it had been microwaved. The sandwich had no swiss cheese on it and it was cold. The corned beef had been sliced too thick to be used in a sandwich and there was minimal saurkraut on the sandwich. We complained about the swiss cheese and the staff seemed very surprised, but they had to go hunt some down for us. They weren't sure they had any??? Where did the cheese for the sandwiches go?

We had seen the advertisement on TV and I can attest to the fact that there was minimal resemblance to the product they are advertising.
