So where did this get me !!!!!!!
NO WHERE.
MAY-BE THE A.D.A CAN GET SOME ANSWERS.

I sent an e-mail on or about 9-13-14 ... I did receive a reply telling me that my complaint would be forwarded to the appropriate department.
There was a tracking # 597023, but I haven't heard anything from any department.
I have held off contacting the A.D.A. Please contact me by e-mail about this matter soon.

FYI... There are two Handicap parking spaces marked at the front of the business located at 1025 McCann Rd. Longview Texas (Saying) That your business (Arby's) is Handicap acceptable. We decided to eat there, and for all of us (8) to use the restroom as well.... The restroom is not Handicap acceptable. A handicap person can NOT get in the doors (there is a door with in a door first of all.), with a person on a walker they can't even enter well enough to use the restroom, and if a handicap person is in a wheel chair for get it Once inside its almost impossible to get in a one stall area (that's all there is a basin and one toilet ) and (yes) with another door.
My wife begging handicap, and going threw all of the above WET and MESSED on her self. NOT A PRETTY PICTURE !!!!
Needless to say we were not a happy campers. I ask for the manager. We talked about this, and she called the owner. She (the manager) said the owner Joe Pullman said O' Well.... Believe me if I owned a business and something like that happened, I would be their in a New York second NOT Say...... O' WELL.
All business restrooms need to be Handicap Acceptable according to the A.D.A.(America Disable Act) Please reach this matter, and there is NOT a grandfather clause. As you can see am pretty upset with this. Please contact me soon about this matter.

We were not given an apology, or say we are sorry. A discount for the inconvenient would been nice, but not even that.

We plan to be back to the Longview are for another baseball tournament soon, Hopefully this will be fixed. I will check it out before we go in to eat. We enjoy your food and the service. I don't want to turn this over to the A.D.A
